Welcome to the OpenHIE Supply Chain Subcommunity
Many in the OpenHIE community see substantial synergies between supply chain workflows and OpenHIE. To that end, we seek to create a sub-team that will engage with OpenHIE to leverage knowledge from real-world projects and the learning from OpenHIE to explore the use/creation of standards and standard processes that might be used to support healthcare supply chain tasks.
The Supply Chain subcommunity calls will focus on outlining the scenarios currently being explored and implemented in the healthcare supply-chain space, and discussing how OpenHIE and standards can be leveraged to support that work. If you are interested in sharing experiences and exploring the possibilities for OHIE supply chain, please feel free to join the mailing list or contact Michelle Cox at miclcox@regenstrief.org to be added.
