Minutes:
Welcome
Data import cleaning process for Q1/Q2
First time there has been a cleaning process in DATIM.
Requesting files one week prior to data entry
Providing a full week after the review to resolve any issues.
Expect seperate files for data removal and replacement. Guidance has been provided.
New data.updated values should be submitted as a single file with a naming convention clearly referencing the file for update. Also a seperate clearly marked file for deletes.
Clearly marked file for bulk data removal is also expected - this will require notice of intent before the file is sent.
Update on the status of MER 2.0 results data elements
Dana shared that they are working through requirements gathering. Intending to have the data sets to the community by October.
Data elements list for Q4 is also in the requirments gathering phase. Thus forum wil be used to provide updates as recieved.
Open discussion
