- Mark noted that the standing list of SIMS/MER calls is being adjusted to an as-needed basis
- Data import reference guide is linked above. Alejandra walked the group through the document.
- Take a look at section 4 in the document, if Implementing Agency Technical Representative needs to be changed, let Alejandra know and she will make the edit and also inform the SIMS core group.
- Aarti had a question on the PEPFAR data calendar - the link is included in the data import reference guide. Alejanrda will work with MaryJo to get the link on the SIMS page. The guidance linked to this page needs to have the PEPFAR data calendar date updated.
- Working forward to create dashboards for SIMS and to integrate other features and processes that are availible for MER into SIMS
- Requested MER operating units to not use the API as it is challenging to back out data value specific updates. Working to add this functionality moving forward.
- There is no business rule level validation on DATIM - this is expected on the agency applications.
- There were changes submitted for SIMS, Alejandra will send the summary of changes
- Dev-de had a 'dry run' option, Vilma was wondering if we will continue to have the same ability. Mark noted that there is no way to import a file directly into prod however a dry run can still be done on dev-de with the understanding that dev-de is wiped on a weekly basis
- Mark informed the group about the security status on DATIM and to follow up with any questions, it is very important to be able tosubmit data into DATIM as soon as possible.
