• Community Health management as a solution requires a lot of logistical support ensuring the right person shows up to the right place to generate the right amount of care.
• CHIS are spatial in nature because care is delivered across a defined geographic area.
• CHIS need to work well offline with information available on a mobile device when the user needs it.
• Primarily, CHIS are focused on delivering care in the field where there is minimal physical health infrastructure (i.e. within a patient's home, at a local gathering place, within a school).
