The President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) initiative recently established the DATIM initiative to modernize and streamline the process of routine monitoring and evaluation. The Data for Accountability, Transparency, and Impact (DATIM) project has chosen to partner with OpenHIE to provide a standards and implementation framework that encourages the broad interoperability of HMIS and monitoring/evaluation systems for PEPFAR reporting purposes.
