@josh. maybe… though what is under this hierarchy? I assume that the GS1 country offices will take 1.3.88.X, or is that not the case?

I believe all GLNs are under this. GLN being globally unique you shouldn’t need to sub-allocate.
The GS1 MO in country is more for helping get the company prefix.
