Agenda:
  • MER 2017 Target data elements
  • Proposed SIMS Timeline
  • SIMS Code List FAQs
Minutes:
  • MER 2017 Target data elements
  • Dana sent data elements in DRAFT form via excel sheet via email to the call group. They are also availible on this page by going through tools --> attachments on the top right of this page.
  • These requirements are in a pre-test state and the team will be testing them this week.
  • Everyone will be kept informed as the team gets updates.
  • Proposed SIMS Timeline
  • An outstanding item is the cover sheet data elements - they are currently in dev-de. It would be appreciated if those who have access to the dev enviroment to provide feedback.
  • Intending to have these complete by the next Wednesday Call
  • Alejandra will be sending out a doodle poll to schedule to facilitate a coordianted data exchange excercise
  • Data exchange excercise - are there any prereqs an agency would need to be prepared with?
  • As much as all the agencies can excercise all of the variations of data they could expect to test and share the import file with the team to test
  • Dev-de gets refreshed from a production instance on a weekly basis on saturdays
  • Validations - there are system validations but no business validations
  • Documentation on what the system is validating would be helpful for the community and to allow the testing to go smoothly
  • UIDs - as they change, do ones that existed before get deleted?
  • UIDs do not change - even if the level in the organizational hierarchy of the site changes as they are attached to the node
  • SIMS Code List FAQs
  • Vlad presented on SIMS FAQ document (sent via email by Angad, also attached to this page)
Next wednesday's call is focused on MER data import
