Minutes:
- First community call of the month, will be focused on SIMS
- We will be providing feedback on the first round of data exchange excercies which was carried out with an agency
- We will also be discussing getting access to dev-de
- Timing of the next SIMS data exchange exercise – Alejandra
- Provding a timeline so an agency can decide on a time that works on them in that window of April 6th - 30th. Last time agencies were only given a week window, this time we are providing more availibility.
- Alejandra can be notified via email by the 11th
- The testing timeline is only for facilities.
- The 1st Facility Dataset Import Exercise test results, findings and resulting updates - Alejandra/Vlad
- Changes to the data types - Ability to accept negative numbers, zeros, and NA
- First exchange excercise was helpful as it allowed for changes to be made to DATIM
- A question on how to check if your data has been imported into DATIM will be added to the FAQ's at the bottom of the document
- Data import accounts on Dev-de – Alejandra
- As Dev-de gets refreshed on Mondays, the best time to do the excercise would be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday would be better.
