Agenda:
  • Updates to the Facility Data Elements Code List
  •  Upcoming Agency Participation
Minutes:
  • SIMS Focused call. 2nd SIMS call of the month. As per the schedule, there will be no call next week.
  • Files that are uploaded will only be uploaded once - after they are put on FactsInfo they will be imported into DATIM
  • The import file must meet the business logic and validations needed. The file will be more than just a flat file repository.
  • The move to DATIM from FactsInfo will be done by OGAC.
  • Last week HRSA did a data exchange excercise and there were lessons learned on both ends. The excercise is still in progress, and more information will be added to the document  as excercices are conducted. HRSA discussed the lessons they learned over the course of the call.
  • The lessons learned start on page 18 in the document
  • Is there an availible data dictionary? It is something that the project is working on. Annah will follow up the ETA for the data dictionary one week from now. The SIMS core log can be used to highlight SIMS data points for SIMS 2.0
