Please note:

Beginning November 2020, calls will move from the second Wednesday to the second Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. UTC. This means that people joining from countries that observe daylight saving time, call times will shift to one hour later once daylight saving time starts again in March 2021*. Please visit WordTimeBuddy.com to confirm local times.

Call times for those familiar to the subcommunity will be:
3 p.m. SAST
4 p.m. EAT
*US Eastern: 8 a.m. November 2020 - March 2021, then shift to 9 a.m. in March 2021 after DST begins

We are reconfiguring the OpenHIE Academy structure to make sure that we are getting input from on-the-ground stakeholders concerning capacity building needs and how OpenHIE can best support those.   Contact Jennifer Shivers jeshiver@regenstrief.org if you want to be involved.  Updated information will be provided in Q1 2022.

Description

The OpenHIE Academy subcommunity calls were created for members of OpenHIE and its Communities to outline ways to support OpenHIE Implementers and MOHs in their capacity building and implementation efforts.  The

community

subcommunity will also help plan and coordinate Academy events at face-to-face OHIE meetings.
