The mission of the OpenHIE Client Registry Community (OHIE-CR) is to....

The Client Registry is a component of the OpenHIE and much more.  OpenEMPI is the current implementation of the client registry and in 2012 was deployed with the new health information exchange in Rwanda. Want to make sure the system is highly performant and aids larger systems. Our high level goals are;

  • Performance and Scalability
  • Matching Algorithm
  • Customization and flexibility in implementing it
  • Improve manageability during operation
