All meeting expenses noted below are averages to help potential donors better understand the expenses of holding an OpenHIE Community Meeting. This list is not exhaustive and is meant to provide a broad overview of expenses.
Please note that conference registration is meant to off-set expenses to ensure events break even at the end. If you are interested in sponsoring an OpenHIE Community Meeting or have questions please reach out to sponsorships@ohie.org.
