    3. Ensure easy method for community members new and old know how to ask questions, look for resources, join calls, bring topics up
    4. Ensure audiences know how to share, learn, design and use solutions 
    5. Best practices and resources are out there around lose to follow up and share them
    6. identify what other best practices may be missing and design solutions for countries to try
