This meeting continued the conversation from previous meetings that have dug deeper into the working model which was first introduced in the March 2021 community meeting. The September meeting focus was on proactive adherence counseling and we were joined by Palindrome, Right to Care, Data.Fi, and Macro Eyes to share their work-in-progress around proactively assessing a patients risk for adherence challenges.
