Special mobile phone used for this project.

Not deployed at all facilities across the borders yet - it is currently being piloted in 4 health facilities; 2 in Kenya and 2 in Uganda.

What happens if patient loses everything?
4 QR codes are provided  One is left on paper file at a facility to link record. This is still a challenge. Dealing with babies and biometric id is still a huge challenge.  So many innovations with footprint, ear etc.  Nothing sure to work.

Kit includes
Security Box
NFC cards for care giver, patient
QR codes
Starter packs for heatlh care worker
Posters at facilities

Roll out phase
1st - offline solution
