USe case:
Patient in a facility with symptoms, HW send an sms (alert) which is received by RapidPro who will check if the smformat was respected
A 2nd checking is done before starting the process
Infos in the alert:
Name of the person who sent the alert

Riders (who got a list of facilities) = people who are driving motocycles to go to the facility and pick the sample and an sms is sent to notify that sampel was picked.
They will bring the sample into the lab and an sms was sent to inform that sample was delivered
