  • Question: How many times can data be resubmitted?
    • Official Process: One submission that includes all partner data during regular import process, period closes May 6 then reopens for cleaning submission
    • Have flexibility with resubmissions, but request to limit the amount of resubmissions
    • Any time a data value is updated, it invalidates a deduplication. Deduplication will need to be done again. 
    • Submission should be submitted by import deadline to give country teams the ability to review, deduplicate, verify and approve
    • Structural issues prevent data from being imported
    • Duplicate issues (e.g., 2 rows with similar information but different valuesets)
    • Validation rule violations
    • Flagged as warnings for review by country team, does not stop import process 
  • Data takes time to be accessible in Genie
  • Validation app linked to DATIM so no delays
