Agenda:
Q&A (Vlad)
June 8th MER Data Import Call (Vlad)
Minutes:
HRSA has been able to upload data into the SIMS respository. This meeting is a chance for agencies that have been unable to do it so far to ask their questions.
Have recived a number of questions from the helpdesk looking for updated MER result code lists. There was a major update to MER indicators and their data elements, there were a lot of changes to the targets and there will also be a lot changes to the results. Currently working on the programmatic side, the code lists are to be sent out as early as possible to allow teams to have enough time to map to the codes before data exchange.
PEPFAR data calendar has still not been formally approved. Includes a quarterly data cleaning period which preceeds the upcoming data entry period by three weeks.
It has not yet been determined how this would affect SIMS
Aarti from HRSA gave and update stating that they worked on Friday, May 13th to enter data. If they log in again HRSA will be able to see data from DoD as they have entered data as well. DoD confirmed that they could see HRSA's data
The next call will be on June 8th and will be focused on MER data import
